We are looking for outsource Support/Community Managers, who will be responsible for up-to-date communication with the target audience on chat platforms such as (Bitсointalk, Reddit, Slack, Telegram) and cryptocurrency forums.
• Reply to inquiries 24/7 in all the communications channels in English
• Post links to our promotional materials and news (the content will be provided by a copywriter).
• Answer requests and questions from the target audience in chats, ability to concentrate on positive and deal with negative feedback.
• Settle some questions/argues about the brand image of a given project.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency market is essential
• Previous experience as a Community Manager
• Always be available by phone or Telegram
• Ability to interact with cryptocurrency audience on a constant basis
• Excellent English, written and oral
• Preference will be given to bilingual or native English speakers
No preference as to the location.
Final salary depends on experience.
